The system upgrade completed with ACSI involved the replacement of both the process controller and the operator interface. On its own, an upgrade of the interface would have been a difficult job. Moving to a new process control platform and a new operator interface immediately made this a high risk job as well. The engineers from ACSI have done a terrific job in reverse engineering the old system to allow a very close replication in the new system. Their efforts resulted in a very smooth startup.
